As a minimum my package would include:

3 pre-natal visits to your home/via zoom to discuss birth preferences, aspirations how we can achieve your desired birth plus a postnatal planning session

A relaxation session in the comfort of your own home

virtual doula support between visits (to include email/text/phone)

on call from 38 weeks 24/7 & will remain with you throughout your birth until baby is born.
